My product is faulty what should I do?
By any chance your product is faulty after you have done all the necessary inspection. All you have to do is simply return it to us within 14 days for of purchase for Malaysia and Singapore customers, 30 days for International customers. We will gladly exchange a new yet product for you or offer you a refund. If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from www.yomesports.com If either of these condition are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty.
Return and Exchange Procedure
To obtain an exchange or return online, the items must be returned with a note stating “Exchange and Return (Order number)”

Unfortunately we won’t be able to guarantee your desired item is in stock, so please ensure you let us know in advance via e-mail regarding the return faulty product and we will do our best to assist.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges You will need to send the original or a copy of your invoice with your order In the event that your product is lost in transit, YO’ME will not be held liable and therefore we recommend that you send all returns via registered post. We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day we received your return package to process the returned goods.
YO’ME will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. If there were item/items in the website listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, YO’ME reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and refuse or cancel orders.
