DISPATCH OF ORDERS

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email. Normally orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation subjected to all ordered items being in stock. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Orders that is made during the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the upcoming working day.

 

SHIPPING

Online orders for delivery are normally dispatched via GD Express. Parcels arrival varies according to destination. Detail of shipping is as shown in the table below:

Please note that this covers only the cost of delivery and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country. By confirming a purchase, you are accepting responsibility for all Customs Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. YO’ME wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.

YO’ME does not have any control over customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. At its absolute discretion, YO’ME may offer you a refund if you choose not pay any duties and taxes at time of import. If we do however, YO’ME will deduct any customs fees that apply to the purchase paid by YO’ME from the refund amount.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

Upon receiving the goods customers are advised to inspect the goods for fault or damage. If the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify YO’ME, as soon as possible. Please see Returns Policy for further action.
